3 Things You're Doing to Hold Yourself Back

Rubbernecking

1.  Telling yourself, I can't.   Negative self talk does nothing but eat away at your self-esteem. When you tell yourself you can't, you are right.  Expect defeat and you will be defeated.  When you join in the game of negativity you always lose.

2.  You are too busy watching everyone else.    STOP RUBBERNECKING!  Focus on what you have!  Keep doing what is right for YOU.  Because when you are focused on meaningful work and at peace within yourself, almost nothing can shake you.  Be in competition with yourself to be your best self.

3.  You're putting it off waiting for the "right" time.  "I'll do this when I ... " "I'll be ready when...." My coach used to tell me getting out of bed is a big step.  Ultimately, your greatest achievements are moments in time when what you’re doing allows you to see how wonderful your life already is.  Make this time count.  Do something great and be in the moment.  Your time is now!
